Big lesson

Every single time I use Morning Pages or practice stillness or rise to the occasion when big tests come my way, things start to happen. Cool things. Things I couldn't have imagined. Things I've always imagined.

The lesson?

Keep doing Morning Pages. Practice stillness. Rise to the occasion when life tests me.

It's a way of being.

I do my morning pages everyday, but so far nothing has materialized....except, my attachment to those things i write about has greatly diminished.

Now when I write, it's just for the fun of writing it all down and I imagine myself reading those pages years from now and going...wow. it all came true.

That's interesting. But I'm unclear. If your attachment to things you write about diminishes, is it those things you then imagine coming true?

Sorry. Allow me to clarify.

When i write my morning pages i write about my life as I would like it to be: big house, financial stability, abundant source of income, flexible, creative work space, etc.

While none of these things have materialized yet, I don't feel so attached to them anymore. I don't feel as though having them (or not having them) should determine my happiness.

I don't have them, yet, but after writing about them so much, I don't feel like I NEED them anymore.

What I manifested through all of this writing is: peace of mind about where I am right now.

I love this! That is much more clear. Thank you.
